Coke Cans beware, those forearms are getting pretty menacing. I might just have to get one of those Rolling Thunder thingies.

Agreed, they have grown quite a bit since I got semi-serious about grip work. A few months ago my fiancée Sanna said something like “you got pretty thin forearms”, but that has now changed into “wow, your forearms look pretty big”. Not that they are really, but when you compare bees to frogs… Anyway, the Rolling Thunder does rock.
