Kris, that’s pretty good weight for not doing GMs for quite a while. Keep up the good work.

Nothing shows progress quite like a video. It’s interesting looking at clips from the time of the injury until now - and it’s great seeing a bit of squatting action back in regularity.
This is also an official vote for more Måns action in future clips - particularly if he’s going to demonstrate unusual exercise combinations such as the hyper cable rows. Excellent.

Thanks Vince!
Scott: Måns, who is a personal trainer and massage therapist, has a fertile mind when it comes to training setups and has already dragged the 45 degree incline bench all over the place testing various concoctions for calf work, hamstring torture etc. This workout he suddenly came up with the hyper cable rows shown on the clip. Looks like a pretty darn good exercise. Could also be done with a barbell off a normal hyper bench… I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that this is an exercise that has been around since the 1950s or something, but I’ve never heard of this before.

Yeah, and um…far be it from me to blow my own horn, but I’m currently writing a book on physical exercise in the gym. It’s going to contain everything imaginable for every muscle group, so look for it early 2010… =)
There’s going to be every regular exercise, some funny-looking ones, some positively weird stuff as well as ratings for each, plus some interesting combo-movements like the hyperextension row.
Would you like to see the hamstring cable curl that Kris mentioned..?
