    Dan,

    Thanks for the suggestion. I am familiar with Korte’s approach to training, but I admit it was already gathering dust somewhere in a not too often frequented part of my lobes. I might just indeed give it a go at some point, but am not about to abandon the Blakley ship just yet as I am overall very satisfied with the progress I’m seeing.

    Have you tried Korte’s approach? If so, what kind of gains did you see?

    Yes, but only bench, not complete korte. First time I gained about 40lbs in raw bench…

    Was that after only a single bench cycle (2 months) or several? Drug-free? How long had you been powerlifting before then and where abouts was your bench? That’s a great gain anyway you put it!

    That was after 4 weeks(phase 1). Drug free. 3 years. You can do deads/back on monday and sq on friday. Do lot of rotator. You can also only try phase 1 for bench and try out how you like this system. Good luck!
