Since you have both westside squatting videos, i have a question for you. If you could only afford one of them, which would you go for?
cheers

That’s an easy one: Squatting Secrets. Hands down.
Of course, if you are an advanced lifter with no questions about technique or simply want some hardcore powerlifting tape for viewing pleasure you might want to go with the Squat workout tapes. The workout tapes are more fun to watch and put a lot of meat around the bones, but in my humble opinion the Secrets video is where the bones are. Although the Westside videos are at times somewhat cursory regarding the finer points of technique (for instance, the bench press discussion on the Bench Secrets video basically amounts to “don’t worry about the arch”), the Squatting Secret video explains squat technique thoroughly. It also has some DE training footage which is a nice compromise. Plus it is a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, it is also shorter, but hey, it is packed.
Hope this helps some. If not, ping me again.
