I’ve used it ever since I trained at NazBar. It came highly recommended from Bobby Fields. It’s good stuff and like you said, nothing more than a higher concentration of the normal ingredients.

Mike, are you using the cold or hot variety? I tried using a hot non-horse one preworkout a few workouts back on my tense biceps, the itch almost killed me. The heat seemed to intensify after I hit the post-workout shower. :-/

I use a “warm” one. It’s not real hot but not real cold either. Really good stuff that absorbs well into the skin. No itching problems.

If you buy it in the standard 75 milliliter tube, the liter price is a whopping 82 euros. Now that’s a big ouch. Bet most people don’t think about it at all, 6.20 sounds cheap enough for a WHOLE tube…
