    Have you noticed any changes since you started to use bands for DB benching? I might have to try that.
    Good that the lunges murdered your bum:) Since I started dedicating myself to isolateral movements after squats, I have a better quality squat less hip strain.

    Alberto, too early to tell, only got two band workouts in so far due to the illness. We’ll just have to see. Never had any hip strain when squatting (knock on wood), but am hoping the lunges will help bring my glutes and quads up for some heavier raw squatting. Walking lunges are killers, thanks ever so much! If it weren’t for you, I’d be doing regular barbell lunges for much lower reps. I’m sure I’ll thank you later. :-)
