I’m somewhat surprised (though pleased) to see you still doing pulldowns - I’d have put them down as possible back-strainers. Like the dumbell benching, the pain doesn’t necessarily stem from the reps themselves, but the start and finish.
The squats looked deep enough - the reason for any slight doubt may have been simply that the first couple (on the video) were even deeper.
I see you’ve moved up to the 5kg plate on the GHRs - how were they?
