I guess the family album is expanding rapidly - any more of it online?

No, nothing except the old newborn stuff. Like the pics from our trip to Tuscany last year, our yearly ginger bread projects, my server configuration notes and whatnot, more Rufus pics are in the pipeline. Of course, we have remembered friends and family with the occasional email attachements. On to trying to get this blog back up to speed again through some dreaded backblogging of entries I couldn’t post in a timely manner due to my freedom from computers. Flushing soon.

Welcome back, Kris, cute picture. Is this the Milo way of doing good mornings? Man, those waters look so blue. Summers in Finland must be awesome.
Oh, it’s your turn to test for your upper body Structural Balance. And Jaime’s (Stinn’s workout partner), too.

Milo all the way. You should really come over to Finland some time Alberto to enjoy a bit of blue lakes and outdoor lifting. Naturally, the structural balance thing is also in the pipeline. Thought I’d create a quick script for it too.

Sweet. If ever in Europe, I’d look you up snappy. My family would love it!
Hey, what do you think of the WPC Worlds in Finland this year? I think this may be the one where Andy Bolton will not only go for the 1000 lbs DL (A few weeks ago, he almost got it to his knees) but also Mike Miller’s 1200 squat (His words). That would be mind boggling!!!

Don’t have much of an opinion on the Worlds except that I’ll be there. Ano, Ano!!!

I think it’s his turn to DL 900+ in competition, too. He’s got it in him to do it. I’ll second that cheer!!!

Kris, I might just join you for that one. The combination of a couple of days in Helsinki and a possible 1,000lb deadlift is unbeatable.

I was waiting to hear that, by all means come if you can. Take your lifting gear with you, would be nice to train together.

Damn why do I have to live in the middle of nowhere?
