    Great job on your near PR in the box squat and your PR on the board presses. You are getting back to where you were before you were injured and that has to be reassuring.

    It is indeed. Then there is the mind shift: last year 115 kg/254 lbs was HEAVY, this year it’s just a puny beginner’s weight.
