Have you by any chance tried out the Jump Stretch bands? I’ve seen people using them for triceps pressdowns; just with the band looped around a power rack.
Interesting idea - could be a handy way to keep the blood pumping in-between sets of heavier triceps work. Or as a finisher.

I only own a pair of mini bands from Jump Stretch that I use for assisted GHRs. So far I’ve managed to stay away from wrapping them around anything else than my neck, but I’ve thought about getting some stronger bands for pressdowns and band pulls (i.e., rope pulls) for Toffe’s Gym to make up for the lack of a pulley. Come to think of it, they could come in quite handy at your place too. Still, there is no way around the fact that bands do put a lot of stress on the system if used for resistance; I still prefer to stay away from them for a while longer while building a base level of strength using more basic means.
