Hey Kris,
Havent stopped by in awhile, are you still training? Are you keeping your log elsewhere and my lazy butt just cant find it? Either way, great job with the virtual meet, one of these days I’ll get a decent camcorder and compete…
I thought the feet up press looks interesting. Truly amazing all the sub-niches in the world of strength development. Anyway, hope all is well, take care….

Hi Chris!
Good to hear from you! My training has in fact been a bit on/off for the last couple of months due to having way too much going on at the same time and not getting nearly enough sleep… but now it’s time to start getting back into shape and ready for some virtual competing! I’ve put on some weight and my lifts are down, so there’s plenty of work ahead to make up for my sins.
I’m considering starting a journal at virtualmeet.net for my comeback in case of which I will be sure to put a link to it here. How’s your training been going?

I guess its like riding a bike, your body wont forget what to do, not to mention the extra weight may in fact help…
Training has been coming along, as with anything, it just takes time. Good luck with your training, I will be sure to pop by more often.

Hey Kris, nice post on a very intriguing topic. I’ve never seen this before, and I’m surprised! Quite innovative, and a solid way to build muscle, while in a sense, competing.
I’ll be checking back in, take care my friend!

Outdoor training rocks, most of my clients prefer it and so do I!
I’m getting paid to be training and outdoors is a double bonus…
Thor.
ps. is your blog now running some place other?
