I love miso soup! I get 2 bowls everythime I go get my sushi boat. Banner looks nice, meet should be fun. If you get a chance to visit the Monster Muscle forum there was a guy there asking me about Blakleys’ 4x6 program. Being as you where the one who hooked me up with the connection to buy the video and have spent a lot of time viewing XTM as well maybe you could drop in some pointers too.

Mmmm… miso. Love the stuff. Mike, Kris, do you generally favour the red or white varieties?

I don’t think I’ve ever had the red variety.

Mike, posted a quick reply but didn’t have much to add to what you already said.
Scott, white all the way if I have a choice. Currently, I’m all for 油揚げ (abura age, fried beancurd miso). It’s low carb enough to go well on a low-carb diet; have started to use it to wash down the bacon with.

Mmm…bacon…
May I also suggest a new invention of mine; the kebamelette? Yes, kebab meat in an omelette. Was quite delicious I might add…

Why not indeed? Kebamelette should go nicely with miso, no need to wash it down either.

I’m confused. Wash which down..?

The kebamelette. Too tasty, no need to flush with miso. The miso is then free to be enjoyed on an empty mouth. Can’t believe I am expounding on this. Now, let’s drop this discussion before it gets REALLY weird.
