Yeah well… thought of doing the whole clip with Roman numerals, but figured it would be too much of a hassle for the casual viewer…

Great job on the squats, Kris. And you should see if Elite will post One Arm Baby Drags on the exercise index:)
How are the reverse hypers working for you now with the way you are performing them, and how have they affected your squats?
Of all the things that affect structural balance in the bench, I find biceps strength to be the biggest hurdle. If you can do full range chins, that might help some. Personally, I might take the same approach with biceps as I did to build my bench.

Wow that 130kg squat was a marathon! Way to stick with it.

Alberto, I have played around with too many variables (squatting form, belt…) for me to be able to say what the reverse hyper has done for me. Probably made the ‘ole low back a bit stronger which might be part of why I am able to stay more upright in the squat nowadays.

you and your website are great, inspirational.
what do you do with the heavy bag ( i know you hit it but in what ways )?

Thanks John! To get my spine moving I do quite a lot of kicking combinations (roundhouse kicks, stomp kicks, side kicks, axe kicks) in addition to fairly standard boxing combinations (jabs, cross, hooks)… I also do a bit of what I regard as combat kicks (very close range, below the waist), but they just don’t activate the spine in the same way as a spinning sidekick does. Elbows, knees and some obligatory open hand strikes are also part of the show. Have kept head butts out of it so far…
Perhaps I’ll post a video of my bag work if there’s interest.

Yep, there’s interest
The bag work is something that more people (myself included) probably _should_ be doing, but don’t. Video could be just enough motivation.

Ok, video coming right up.
