Great to see the plates getting used with GHRs. Are there any light DBs around to fill the gap between 5 and 10kg?

There’s always the 2.5 and 1.25 kg plates that can be sandwiched, but yes, there are 6,7 and 8 kg bells at Metal too. Perhaps I should try GHR with chains…
