Nice to see a blog entry from you again. I know how you feel, kid and all. The energy has to come from somewhere deep.
That said, your workout was still pretty good. You didn’t seem to fail too often, and that’s still a lot more than most people put into their bench routines. This workout may even need some adjustment to match your GPP, or vice versa.

Yeah, I’m getting quite adept at holding my horses as far as blog updating is concerned…. I guess the workout could have been a lot worse on paper, but mentally I was somewhere else and my technique sucked asparagus. More than once I thought I would bag a set based on the first rep only to fail on the second. I will forge ahead directly, but can’t wait for Rufus to start sleeping full nights…
