Wow! 376 is quite a bit to shanghai your unsuspecting wrists with… good thing you have all that rolling thunder work in your past.

Hi Kris. I would keep a close eye on how your joints are handling the MM routine. I lift natural also and did MM for 5 weeks. It left me with a ripped shoulder and 2 recovering elbows. The workouts are intense and I will do it again, but next time I will listen to my body, and cycle it in for a 3 week period.

i’ve been watching your progress for almost a year now…. i just noticed something - you go to failure on all your lifts almost everytime! set a goal for each workout .. singles, triples, whatever and get that. next week increase the weight by the smallest increment possible -or- if you think you can, add a rep. going to failure will train your body to fail on lifts. do a search on this topic or try reading on bodybuilding.com or sherdog.com forums…. keep up the good work, man!

I like Alberto (Caraballo’s) way of training using the Prilepin table. Those powerhouse Russian and female lifters who are lightweight and super strong just can recruit so much more of their muscles fibers than the rest of us.
Prilepin would have you train the DL with singles, the SQ with doubles and the BP with triples.
