As should be evident by now, this is a bench program based on Prilepin's table designed by Finnish powerlifter Patrik Nyman. Lasting six weeks, it alternates a raw bench day with a raw close-grip bench day. Many drug-free Finnish lifters have had good success with this program, which by virtue of its emphasis on basic full-range movements is well-suited for increasing the raw max.
